Return procedure

1. If your order does not meet your expectation, please log in to your account and fill up a return form properly including the reasons for returning the goods.  You can can also get in touch with our customer service for assistance, please prepare details for proof of purchase.

2. For shipping, please pack the item with the attached return form and send it via our accredited shipper.  Please expect a delay in the process in case of missing return forms.  Kindly keep the tracking number provided by the shipper to monitor your return shipment.

3. Countdown starts from the date you received the item to the post stamp date on the parcel you returned to us.  Countdown period (7 calendar days) will depend on the policy applicable to the item.

4. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

3. If the reason for the return of goods is due to the shortcomings of the the merchant, they will return all the cost and the  fees incurred during the purchase and the refund will be credited to your account.  

Notes: Returned items must be unused and in the same condition when received in its original packaging.
